The Natural Gas Innovation Fund (NGIF) is pleased to be accepting a limited set of strategic and institutional investors for its following fund:

NGIF Fund 1 – Flagship fund – ideal for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investing:

• The largest industry-led, industry capitalized cleantech innovation fund selecting and funding start-ups with pilot and field trial projects for natural gas.
• 12 corporate investors, including:
• Upstream: Birchcliff Energy Ltd., Canadian Natural Resources Limited, Chevron Canada Limited, Perpetual Energy Inc., PETRONAS Energy Canada Ltd., Shell Canada Energy, and Tourmaline Oil Corp.
• Downstream: ATCO Gas Ltd., Enbridge Gas Inc., FortisBC Energy Inc., Pacific Northern Gas Ltd., and SaskEnergy
• $12.1M in approved funding, contributing to $141.4M in total projects.
• 40 cleantech start-ups in our portfolio.
